Pro-Fab is all about the customer experience. When you buy a home from us, we’re there to assist and support you at every step of the way, with a commitment to deliver on schedule and on budget. At the first onsite meeting, our housing experts will guide you with your plans, whether you opt for a standard or personalized model. They will help you evaluate your project in its entirety and will take the time to answer all your questions. The support continues at the Pro-Fab Design Centre, where you will finalize all aspects of your project in the company of a technologist, kitchen designer, and decorator. Once your promise to purchase is signed, you’ll be assigned a customer relationship manager who will accompany you from the start of the project through to the after-sales service phase.

The customer relationship manager will provide you with ongoing telephone support at every step. He or she will notify you about key permit and financing dates and be able to answer any questions about the delivery date or worksite, since he or she liaises with the teams on site and the inspector.
